5.0 out of 5 stars Solid product worth the purchase., January 22, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?)

Gives a good-sized spray, in that it covers a fair amount of the body (if you turn it sideways). It works well with if you have low-pressure. It's 2.0 gallons/minute, as opposed to the maximum of 2.5 (per federal regulation, I believe); so it assuages some of my guilt at being excessive with water usage. Though you can find showerheads with fewer gallons/minute.

All in all, I'm quite pleased with this product. The only complaint (which doesn't count as a complaint; I'm just being anal) is that one of the little jets (one of the 50 or 100) doesn't work. That's really the only negative I can attribute to this product. That, and perhaps the gallons/minute could be lower. Though, considering the wide, full-body spray, the way it handles low water pressure, and the overall comfort of the flow, it's really quite a great product.

5.0 out of 5 stars Singin' in the rain..., March 2, 2011
This review is from: Waterpik AST-233E Drenching Chrome Showerhead (Kitchen)
I hate low-flow shower heads. Haaaaaate them. I need a full, hot spray of water, and I need it to LAST more than 15 minutes! Unfortunately, with our old (full-flow-probably-from-the-70s) shower head, that meant no one else got any hot water after me. So I searched and searched, and stumbled upon this odd-looking beauty at Target.

Installation was easy-peasy, no tape required. I turned it sideways, so I'd get maximum body-drenchage. The first shower was aaahhhhhhhhhh so amazing. After about 10 minutes, I heard humming. I suddenly realized *I* was humming "Singing in the Rain." I don't even LIKE that song! Now THAT'S a great shower head.

I've had it for a few months now, and every shower is just as fabulous as that first one. No clogs, no weird noises, no popping off and clocking me in the head. AND I've got enough hot water for at least 45 minutes (maybe more- I had to get out due to excessive pruniness).
