This product works well even though I have low water pressue. You can turn off either one or use them both. The product seems to be high quality. Be careful not to scratch the finish when installing. Installed myself but you need to thoroughly use the plumming tape to keep it from leaking. Overall a good product, but not blown away because of the steep price. We recently remodeled our bathroom and our contractor did a fantastic job. The only thing missing was just the right shower head. The first two that we purchased just didn't seem to have the water pressure, volume, and flow settings that we desired. After purchasing this unit, my wife and I knew right away that "this was the one"! The install was easy. All the parts were there and well wrapped for protection to the finish. I must admit that we "spoil" ourselves and turn on both the shower head as well as the handheld head during our showers for the ultimate in showering experiences. My wife comments everyday that "we have the best shower in the whole wide world"! This unit was definately the finishing touch that we needed for completing our project. |
