We have taken only a few showers after installing this unit, but so far like it. It's all plastic, and we got what we paid for, so no complaints. Installation went very well with one exception...I had problems getting the nut tight enough to keep the head in position when cradled. Eventually I succeeded, but not without leaving marks on the finish. Did I mention it's all plastic?

I had used this shower head at the gym. I was a big fan and wanted one. I have a shower stall at my house and this unit is more than capable. I usually use the shower head on the lowest setting with the comfort control level. It is more than enough water. I turn up the stream for hair. Make sure that when you shop for one of these, you look to see that it has the comfort control level. It does make a little noise but not a deal breaker or that extreme. I hope I am saving water. It is a very satisfying shower and shower head. By the way, install is very easy. It comes with the teflon tape. No worries.

This product works well even though I have low water pressue. You can turn off either one or use them both. The product seems to be high quality. Be careful not to scratch the finish when installing. Installed myself but you need to thoroughly use the plumming tape to keep it from leaking. Overall a good product, but not blown away because of the steep price.

Works great and yes it's great for the two in the shower but the hose end is still leaking if you close it. (I saw this in the privous comment: "Doesn't completely seal all the way on one side when you turn off the stream")

We recently remodeled our bathroom and our contractor did a fantastic job. The only thing missing was just the right shower head. The first two that we purchased just didn't seem to have the water pressure, volume, and flow settings that we desired. After purchasing this unit, my wife and I knew right away that "this was the one"! The install was easy. All the parts were there and well wrapped for protection to the finish. I must admit that we "spoil" ourselves and turn on both the shower head as well as the handheld head during our showers for the ultimate in showering experiences. My wife comments everyday that "we have the best shower in the whole wide world"! This unit was definately the finishing touch that we needed for completing our project.

I was hesitant about getting this, but it works great. Strong shower spray and th adjustable. The thing wrong I noticed is that it says stop, but when you put it on stop it doesn't fully stop. It just drizzles water out. After reading the instructions that was normal. Just confusing when it says stop. Overall it is a great money saver and strong spray on low!! I would recommend this.

This is the main reason I went with this shower head. Why do they call it 'pause' when it continues to flow? I expect the 'pause' setting to actually pause the water flow. Pause does not mean slightly less than low which is what I'm getting here, so I'm not happy with this. I need the flow to actually stop temporarily. If anyone knows of an eco-showerhead with a functional 'pause' feature please comment and let me know. It seems that all the eco showerhead manufacturers I've looked into interpret 'pause' as 1gpm or .7gpm or whatever, but I'm looking for 0gpm, i.e., no trickle, no dripping, nada. I rent so I can't remodel the hardware and it takes forever to get the right hot/cold mixture, so I don't want to waste even more water by turning it off to shampoo my hair and then spend another minute to get the hot/cold mix back to where I want it. The eco "low" flow is the most anemic I have ever seen and this is my fourth low-flow shower head. It's basically useless and so I'm stuck... Read more

It works pretty well, and my wife liked it over our old shower head! The negative is that if you constrict the flow too much using the lever it makes a vibration noise, much like that of any faucet or hose attachement would when only slightly or partly open. The noise while limiting flow beyond a point draws your awareness and often inspires you to increase the water flow to more lavish level.(somewhat defeating the purpose) We all want to be tricked into showering with less but feeling like we're not; so to that end I'm not sure there is a silver bullet. Even on max setting I think this uses less water than my old shower head, so in a worse case sort if way if it were always left on its max flow it is still be a positive change for me.
