I read the reviews and did some research on the filter, and after about 2 weeks of use, I am VERY happy with it.Filter - 5 stars: The filter alone was worth every penny! I can already tell the difference. The water has a "softer " feel, and no more sulfur and other chemical smells! Installation - 5 stars: Extremely easy to install, no tools needed and I have noticed no leaking - unlike some other "cheaper" brands. Quality - 5 starts: High quality materials. Water Flow - 4 stars: This shower head did not produce as high of a water flow as my previous Original Waterpik brand. If you like a more gentle water flow then this product is definitely for you!
