Good metal materials used, except in the removable hand held shower head, it is plastic. The hose to the removable head is great because it also seems to be metal and doesn't bind. That is really nice.The dual shower head thing looks neat but is actually kind of strange. If you stand in the middle of the two shower heads you feel as if it is kind of missing you. I had to kind of point them towards each other a little to avoid the gap. I still like it a 100% better than the standard shower heads but the dual head thing looks neat but is actually just a bit odd. This thing does dump some water though, and that is nice. The reason for 4 stars is not the dual head thing, you can see the water gap in the picture. It is because of the valve to direct the flow. It is in a pretty inconvenient spot at the base of the dual shower head arm. It is nice to have because it can turn the shower heads on, or the hand held shower, or both.
