Looks and works very well, just be sure to drain all the water out during winter months, I turned off water feed ,opened faucets, and removed the lower nut between the faucets .This is important as the first one did not survive a freeze.

I searched long and hard for a real solid brass shower arm mounting bracket - the fixture that your detachable shower head (WaterPik and others) hangs on in your shower. Why - because everyone sells cheap plastic parts that are designed to break - including all of the shower head manufacturers. Why? To save money and make the shower heads more affordable. A lofty and worthwhile goal. Just one problem. It might take a year, it might take a day, but they all break if you actually use your shower head as it is designed - to be removed and moved around when you are showering. The act of removing or replacing the shower head into the shower arm mounting bracket is what breaks it. I have probably replaced a dozen of these over the years we have enjoyed our WaterPik shower head.

It felt like I searched everywhere for a completely metal shower arm bracket. This item fits that need completely. It is well made, looks great, doesn't leak and has NO plastic parts. This is more expenisve than the available chrome plated plastic brackets out there, but should last forever and the added cost was well worth it to me.

I use Oxygenics removable hand held shower heads. They are made with a cheap plastic round threaded nut that always breaks. It's not a matter of will it break, it's that it will break. When it does break, you can order another cheap plastic part from the company and start all over again, or you can buy this from Zoe USA and have a part that will last forever. Sure, it's a bit pricey. But it is made like a tank and will provide years of worry free showering with your favorite shower head.

Be prepared to drain your hot water tank in half the time you used to. This is the only shower head I have found that allows almost full pressure/volume to be delivered to both shower heads. Remember to remove both plastic re-stricter plates with nettle nose pliers before installing and enjoy.

I love this shower head! Our old one had a plastic base that screwed onto the spigot and needless to say, plastic gets old and cracks. I had to find a new double shower head in a pinch and this one really did the job. It was affordable and both heads swivel and work at once PLUS the base is metal. Try finding that in a local store-the only ones out there are $80+ and most have the handheld showerhead attachment which doesn't work at the same time as the main head. This one came in super speedy shipping with a roll of plumbers tape which was such a nice surprise because I couldn't find mine; great touch of customer service. The showerhead itself is surprisingly easy to move around and switch settings without blasting yourself in the face with water plus the pressure even on the regular setting is great-it still feels like a light massage. I know dual heads use more water BUT for a good wake up morning shower or a neck massage after work...I wouldn't trade it at all.

I had the privilege of showering under one of these showerheads or, similar little beauty, out in Sedona last fall where my showing experiences just added to the experience of "Sedona". In fact, our motel sold Dual Shower heads in the lobby.
When I got home, I couldn't find one in Lowe's, Menards, OR Home Depot - and believe me, I looked, and looked. (oh, yes, one, twice the amount).
Well, even if you haven't been to Sedona, you can get the showering experience with the Neptune Dual Shower Heads. This was easy to install and I absolutely LOVE,LOVE IT - best priced, and well worth it!
