Installation is as easy as it can be. I didn't need any tool at all, just line up the shower head to the 1/2 pipe and screwed it and viola - the water came in a spray that is quite undescribable. Before I decided to order this shower head, I was unsure if this geissdorf powerjet 8 jet brass shower head will be equal to the speakman brand which I believe is the original model from which this shower head was based from, although I've no proof that this is true. The speakman shower head was my first choice, because it US made and as an American, I am very loyal in patronizing only American made product considering our economic situation. The prize of the speakman is also quite high compared to the geissdorf so my choice goes back to economics which is affordability.
